If we are unable to cruise safely due to adverse weather conditions, flooding that affects bridge clearance, or river closures, Khana Yacht Charter reserves the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, you will have the option to either postpone your booking or receive a full refund.

By client:
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

a. A refundable of 100% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of more than 15-30 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of 7-14 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings, canceled in a period less than 7 days prior to boat embarkation.
