GENERAL QUESTION
We cruise at a comfortable pace, allowing you to fully enjoy the scenery, engage in great conversations with your guests, and listen to music on our top-notch sound system. We love being on the water and soaking in the sights. Most guests bring drinks and snacks onboard, so we ensure our pace is smooth enough to keep everything in place—slow enough that you won’t spill your drink!
You may experience faster speeds when booking longer trips, such as to Ayutthaya.
Small pets are welcome aboard the Napa Nara, Capella, and Riviera boats, provided they remain under the owner’s supervision. Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Life jackets for small pets are available upon request with advance notice.

We believe you’ll love cruising with your favorite food and beverages. You’re welcome to bring any food and drinks on board, and there’s no corkage fee for any boat. Additionally, you can order beverages directly through Khana Yacht Charter. Whatever your preferred drinks, we’ll serve them chilled, ensuring your Chaophraya cruise is as enjoyable as possible.
However, we advise against bringing certain foods, such as hot soup and sticky dishes, on speedboats. For a smooth Chaophraya cruising experience, please consult our customer service team at least one day before your charter date to ensure we have the right equipment prepared.
Children are permitted on board our boat under the supervision of their parents. Our cruise is not recommended for senior citizens over the age of 70 years old or for pregnant women.
Please provide the ages and approximate weights of children prior to the charter, and we will ensure everything is prepared accordingly. Khana Yacht Charter is not responsible for any accidents involving children, any health issues or incidents related to pregnancy or age-related conditions that may arise during the cruise.
EMBARKATION & FACILITIES
The charter rate includes a yacht with crew service, all necessary equipment, and insurance for marine risks. We typically provide complimentary soft drinks, snacks, and refreshing towels. Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional charge, so please include these in your provision list when making your booking. Regarding the rainy season, raincoats will be provided.
Crew gratuities are not obligatory, but it’s customary to leave 1,000 THB to 10% of the total charter fee, upon discretion and based on satisfaction. The best way to make sure that all crew members are recognized equally is to entrust the distribution of gratuities to the captain or your charter consultant.
Please note that rates do not include VAT, or any expenses related to embarkation/disembarkation at locations other than our standard port.
Our boat departs punctually according to the scheduled time you have booked. We recommend arriving at the boarding location at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Boarding will commence 10 minutes before the booked time, and you will have approximately 10 minutes to board the boat. Please note that docking time is limited, and any additional docking may incur extra charges.
BOOKING & TRIP
While we cannot control the weather, one of the advantages of chartering a yacht with Khana Yacht Charter is the flexibility to adjust your itinerary and head toward better weather.
Our larger yachts, such as Dao Marine, Thong Chaophraya, and Navika, are designed to handle various weather conditions and offer excellent on-board facilities like Karaoke, making them ideal for enjoying your time regardless of the weather. For speedboats, we offer the following alternatives:
In case of heavy rain:
- Charterers may wait for the rain to stop and continue the cruise at the reserved time.
- Alternatively, passengers can choose to postpone the date and time by notifying us at least 3 hours in advance. The rescheduled service must be used within 1 month without additional charge.
During the cruise, if it rains:
- The captain will seek shelter at the nearest pier or under a large bridge until the rain stops, then continue the cruise as scheduled.

We recommend keeping some flexibility in your schedule whenever possible, as slight adjustments to your charter time by an hour or two might be needed. We will always strive to make reasonable accommodations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
By Khana Yacht Charter:
If we are unable to cruise safely due to adverse weather conditions, flooding that affects bridge clearance, or river closures, Khana Yacht Charter reserves the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, you will have the option to either postpone your booking or receive a full refund.
By client:
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply and depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
a. A refundable of 100% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of more than 15-30 days prior to boat embarkation.
b. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee, for bookings, canceled within a period of 7-14 days prior to boat embarkation.
c. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for bookings, canceled in a period less than 7 days prior to boat embarkation.
